CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Timber is a natural product and as such will be subject to movement throughout its lifetime. Movement can be kept to a minimum by the correct usage of oil, varnish or paint. It is important to do this at the earliest opportunity, covering ALL exposed surfaces and following manufacturers application instructions. If doors are to be stored for any length of time, they must be sealed and laid flat. Acorn Doors will not accept any responsibility if the guidelines are not observed. We are pleased to give further guidance for specific situations. All Acorn Doors are handmade to customer specifications, please therefore check all details in correspondence.
